This weeks Tiger Staff Shout Out is for 6th grade History/Geography Teacher Mr.Bradley Morris. Mr.Morris is one of the student favorites and a great team member of the Tiger staff. Co-workers speak highly of his work ethic, dedication to the students, passion for learning, along with being a great person to work with. Thank you Mr. Morris!!


Homecoming Week next week!! No School on Monday, October 14th. Dress up days Tuesday-Friday. Come out Thursday for our 7th grade and Jr High Red and White Basketball Games and Friday for our Homecoming Ceremony and our Sr Red and White Basketball Games!!




October is National Principal Month. We appreciate our Pangburn School District principals.

CTE students from Mrs Atkins class using VR sets to tryout a variety of careers.

BETA News!! Skylar Haile, Kristen Conner, Caden Scoggin, Laejon Smith, and Annmarie Williams attended the Sr. Beta Regional Leadership Summit in Hot Springs, Pangburn was recognized as an Outstanding Leadership School. The officers attended trainings and competed in Lead Outside the Box and Collaboration Connection competitions and qualified to attend the National Convention in Orlando, FL in June.


Pangburn HIPPY took their first adventure of the year to the pumpkin patch last week. It was the first group meeting of the year and great start with lots of fun!







Today is National Coach Day. We appreciate all the Pangburn School District coaches. Thank you for investing in student athletes and all other roles you fill on this campus!


Wilbur D Mills ESC hosted a Capture the Flag Event for Computer Science students Thursday. In this event, teams were challenged with solving problems in a scavenger hunt/escape room type setting. Challenges available varied by category/content ranging from cryptography, networking, programming, forensics, reverse engineering, misc. problem solving/detective work, physical challenges, and more.
We are very proud of these students for their hard work and problem solving skills! They came in with no experience in this type of event and walked out in 7th place, with a lot of gained knowledge and skills.

REMINDER!! PTO Meeting Tomorrow at 6:00pm in the Elementary Storm Shelter


The Pangburn Agriculture department received a Modernization Grant from the state of Arkansas. The Agri program was able to buy new tools and equipment with this money. Our shop kids and FFA officers are excited to get to put them together and use them in the shop. From all of us at Pangburn Agriculture department, we are truly grateful for this opportunity.
