Congratulations to Eva Reaper for representing White County at the Arkansas State Fair Queen Pageant! Eva received both the Fabulous Face and Most Photogenic awards as well as scholarship money.

The Tiger Cross Country team had a big three weeks from hosting the Chase The Tiger Invitational, competing in a meet at Bald Knob, and heading to Quitman yesterday for the last regularly scheduled meet. Up next they head to District and State. Jae Smith and Riley Farris had a great year and medaled in every race. They finished up the season yesterday with a 1st place finish in the Jr. High Race (Riley) and a 4th place finish in the Sr. High Race (Jae) in a large meet with schools from all classifications. Other members of the Cross Country team have continued to set PR’s (personal records) and had personal success in each race. We are so proud of them and all their hard work and dedication to early morning practices and afternoon runs! Go Tigers!

"ASUB hosted a College & Career Fair for juniors and seniors today. Students visited booths, talked to representatives from schools and trades, and gathered great information to take back with them."

“D’Lyna, Emma, Matthew and Ethan worked hard cleaning kennels, but found time for some fun with the dogs and cats. If you’re looking for a pet, there are some sweet ones available for adoption!

Congratulations to our art students Makayla McCollum, Bella Tharp, Avory Sharp, Drew Thompson, Destiny Smithson, and Bayley Myers who were published in the Spring 2023 edition of Celebrating Art and received their copies today. Former students Mia Dreimann and Harley Oliver were also published in the book as well!

At the Report to the Public Monday evening Ladies of Character members D'Lyna Fancher, Avery Rigsby and Hannah Gerke spoke about what the club is about their goals, and current activities.
Ladies of Character is a club for 7th- 9th grade young ladies so they can discuss good characteristics such as self-respect, courage, honesty, etc. Their goal is to help all members become their best selves, with good character, and become successful citizens. Last year they were able to provide 50 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. This year they are reading to elementary students and participating in Operation Christmas Child.
