Ladies of Character is a club for 7th- 9th grade young ladies so they can discuss good characteristics such as self-respect, courage, honesty, etc. Their goal is to help all members become their best selves, with good character, and become successful citizens. Last year they were able to provide 50 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. This year they are reading to elementary students and participating in Operation Christmas Child.

Eli & Skylar spoke about Beta at the Report to the Public Beta currently has 46 members who are dedicated to community service, academics and the arts. Our Beta officers recently attended the Beta Leadership Summit in Hot Springs where we attended leadership training and competed in simulated leadership experiences. We qualified for the National Beta Convention in the two competitions. We will compete at the Arkansas Beta Convention in January and hopefully place in more competitions at the National Beta Convention in June. We are working on community service projects such as the Pop Tab Drive for Ronald McDonald House Charities, our Socktober sock drive for The Call foster families, the toy drive for Arkansas Children’s, and many others. We are always looking for ways to serve the community, so please contact us if you know of a need.
